Hi, I have ntl broadband through my set top box and am considering getting a laptop so I can go wireless.

Question is, what hardware/software do I need both for the laptop and for the STB. Also, how much is this likely to cost as I will be looking to pick up a cheap laptop from somewhere so may need to get whatever it needs separately.
cheers guys

Thanks Rayuk, I'm sure it will, however a brief glance at that site caused my closet technophobia to manifest itself.

I have identified elsewhere that shoving a wireless card into a laptop will do the trick there.

The only question remaining is what do I stick in the set top box?
