Moving from Pipex to SKY shortly, my pc is not wireless.

Which is the best way to connect to the net? Think i have an ethernet controller.

The wireless router is plugged into the main telephone socket, or plugged into my pc? How does it work?

Sorry im a bit thick.

You have 2 options really - if you only have 1 PC you don't need to use wireless, unless your phone socket is too far away from the PC and you want to use wireless instead of using a phone extension. If this is the case, you'll need a wireless adapter for your PC. The USB ones are easiest because they just plug into the back - click here.

Or, if you don't mind having a phone extension or your phone socket is close enough to the PC, you could just connect the Sky router to the PC with the Ethernet cable they give you.

Also about the connection - one cable goes from the router to the phone socket and if you're not using wireless a second, thicker Ethernet cable goes from the router to the PC.
