I,ve upgraded my motherboard with 2600 cpu but botched setting up my old Win 98 OSon a new hard drive. I'd like to now wipe it clean and start afresh with a new version of XP. So far, inspite of several scources of advice I'm unable to unistall anything. Do I scrap my new drive and start over?
Being an old fart and PC illiterate I need lots of help.

VoG™s right thats the easiest way to do it, theres other ways of course, you can boot from your Win98 floppy and type FORMAT C: that will do it as well but booting from the CD and letting XP do it is the easiest.
