WinFax Pro-9

Today I wanted to delay send a fax and put it into timer mode.
Although I have used this program since it came out, it's been many many years since I wanted to 'delay send'.
I couldn't remember where or how to do it, so resorted to Help. It states "under recipients, click Advanced". This is o.k apart from none of the menu under Recipients is highlighted or usable.
The only way that I can get into the timer mode is by clicking Send as normal, then cancelling it. The fax then goes into the log and the
'other' send button is there. When I click on that send button and SEND NEW FAX ? I then get the Advanced option. From there I can set up a send time.

I know that I didn't have to go through all this when I first used the prog.

I tried looking to Semantic for help, but it seems that they only help Corporate users and with Norton stuff.

I was also trying to 'update' this prog, but it keeps coming up with "you are not connected to the internet".

Again - not life threatening, but I would like to use it properly.

Any ideas guys ?
