After problems with my Dell Dimension, I bought a new PC.However it Bluescreened at GUI part of setup.0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0X898EB308, 0x898EB47C, 0x805D115E)It's not Master/Stave because it's SATA, it bluescreened at the Easiest Windows you will use text part, it's a bad eBay Machine.Specs:Windows XP Pro of course!Intel Core 2 QuadIntergraded graphics.A Mini-ITX motherboard from BIOSTARBIOS is American something something.This machine is driving me mad.
Did you install the sata drivers prior to installing the OS?.
The problem is at the setup from Hard Disk, way before formatting
Boot to recovery console and run chkdsk /rthen retry the install
Will it corrupt the install files on Hard Disk?

If it as more than one stick of ram, try with only one at a time to test them. Turn Power of when pulling and pluging in Ram
I have one.By the way the HDD was formated yesterday so chkdsk will not help
When you formated, if there was a problkem with the drive, it would have informed you
And it could still be faulty Ram
