Help Please!

I am running Windows XP Pro and am trying to disable the Auto Launch/Play function but appear unable to. If you do try disable by going into the options for the CD Rom drive, it still asks which program you would like to use each time you enter any CD?

I want to turn it off!!

hmmm you can disable autoplay if you hold the shift key for a few seconds while inserting the cd but not too sure how to do it permanently
