Hi guys, got a real problem on my main machine with windows vista a bit of a disaster and as I was installing windows 7 onto another removable drive, in the set up the main drive was prepared for installation instead of the removable one and now on inserting the vista disk and running repair, it says the partion in formation is corrupt and cant fix it. Is there any way I can fix this or have I lost everything on the drive. The drive wasnt formatted, but I would guess the mbr has been distroyed as the drive dont show up anywhere.its a serial ata drive 80 gig samsung. Any thing I can do or is it a wipe and start again job?
