windows too much alive

I have been "given" Windows live, for my "Hotmail" I much preferred it when it was "classic", the main reason being, I now have these irratating flashing adverts, at the top of the page, and I want to be rid of them, "Is this possible " ????

The old "Classic version" allowed me to scroll them away !!

Below the Inbox and other folders you will see a button - switch to classic.

You can download and install a patch which allows you to make massive changes to the way MSN (and other IM apps) appears. One thing it allows you to do is to remove ALL ads.

It works very well.

is this a-patch safe, it looks a bit dubious with all these "pray to God" messages ?
but looks like it will do the job
