Windows System Error (IP Address Conflict)

ive only 1 computer,i have suddenly started getting
Windows System Error (IP Address Conflict) Iv,e looked on the web,and 4 a beginner its not easy,
does anybody know a simple,free, way to fix it,

This error report usually indicates that there's an IP address conflict between two computers on a network. How do you connect to the internet? Are you wireless? If so, are you sure that nobody is sharing your connection?

wireless.apparently its not an uncommon problem,it has been resolved with system restore,which is ducking the underlying cause.but it worked

Glad to hear you've solved it, but if I were you, I would want to find out why it happened pretty quickly.
