Windows Starting

Just before the user accounts are shown on XP, you get the "Windows is starting" sign.

For some reason it has become really slow.
However, when I restart my computer it is fine.

The only thing I have done is installed the latest driver for my wireless adaptor, and got the latest version of ZoneAlarms security suite.

I also notice when ZA was being installed the windows firewall took over, but then i changed it back to ZA, any idea what could make this slower?

Do not try and run both firewalls at the same time they will conflict. If you have Zonealarrm then switch off the XP firewall.

Only ZA is running, any other ideas?
