Windows One Care Scan - Errors

Using Windows One Care Clean up Scan has detected 4 Invalid items in the registry. After running the fix option I get: Found 4 Registry items, 0 Cleaned, 4 Errors, 0 Skipped by User.
If I then run RegScrub it detects the 4 errors and then fixes them!
However if I then run Windows One Care scan again the same 4 Errors are recorded!
Anyone any idea why this should be?
I haven't noticed any problems with the computer ( XP Pro OS )so should I just ignore it?

Try running a few spyware apps such as AdAware and SpyBot.

Also, run this and see what problems come out of the woodworks:

It won't delete the registry keys untill you either log off or reboot.
So a second scan picks them up again, CCleaner is exactly the same.

If they reappear after a reboot then you may have a program thats putting them back into the registry could be malware or even just a program that resets its registry keys on boot up.

Have run AVG-Anti Spy & No Adware - no problems found. Downloaded Advanced Window Cleaner and Scanned as ArrGee suggested.
It picked up a number of problems which it cleaned.
Did a scan with RegScrub in Safe Mode & some more problems where found and fixed.
Re-booted and ran Windows One Care Scan again and the same 4 errors were found!
I'm starting to believe as Fruit Bat has mentioned that it is a program that resets its registry keys on boot up. Will just ignore it unless someone can come up with another solution.
Many thanks to Arrgee & Fruit Bat for your help.
