hi guys i was trying to work with Windows Movie Make the other day for the first time in a year of owning this machine. I tried to add a mpeg2 movie file and then it crashed on me! The screen said "Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have tried it with several files, varying in sizes from 65,000kb to 2.2GB and each time reports the same problem. I am getting annoyed by it now. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Thanks

From my reading about MovieMaker it is my understanding that it doesn't deal with mpeg files very well - have a trawl thro' this site click here which has loads of useful stuff about MM2!
