Windows Media Player won't open URL

Hi,

I'm operating Windows Media Player 10 with XP & it won't open any media from a URL that is displayed with Flash Player. I get a box telling me that one or more codecs are missing.

I can't find out where or what codecs I need to download & install.

Any help gratefully accepted.

Cheers.

You need to be able to play .swf files. I don't know if WMP will play such files even with the right codecs. Get codecs here; click here

Otherwise get a dedicated Flash/swf player; click here

If the above app comes with `bundled` toolbars untick them all.
