I want to remove all traces of BT software on a PC before changing ISP. Go Ctrl Panel - Add/Remove Software and nothing shows in the box. Any ideas?

On the deskyop there are BT Broadband icons and in Start there are various BT items to click. When I say there is nothing in add/remove, I mean nothing i.e. no programmes of any kind showing. A blank box. Sorry if I did not make that clear.

Another MS help document; click here;en-us;Q309663&id=309663&SD=MSKB

In the meantime, navigate to the Program Files folder , look for BT entries, go into the folder(s) and look for Uninstall.exe or Unwise.exe, run the files to uninstall the product(s).
