Occasionally, when I reply to a message, my signature does not appear and the font changes to that of the sender. I cannot see any difference between those that do this and the rest.Is it a setting at the senders end?
This seems to happen when the sender is a large organisation, eg., a college.Is it possible their IT department can overrule my email default settings and set the font for replies?
i would check your own settings if using oe as there is a setting ref reply using same text type?johnny
I'm using Windows Mail, but same solution, thanks. It's in Options, Send.
