Windows Mail keeps asking for a password

My ISP is Utility Warehouse. I have registered 2 email accounts with them, one personal and one for my business. I set up these accounts on my XP desktop in Outlook Express and have been using them for some years without problem.
About 6 months ago, I set up the accounts in Windows Mail on my Vista Home Premium laptop. Again this has been fine until last week. Now when I do a send/receive on the laptop I get a popup entitled "Windows Security" asking for the user name and password on the business account, these are not accepted. The personal account is fine.
I have checked all the user accounts settings in Windows Mail for both accounts and they match.
Any ideas?

OK folks I have sorted it. I am not sure why Windows Mail started asking for the password but I suddenly realised that the username was the email address with a dot instead of a @ in this case. Now the password has been accepted it seems to have saved it OK.
