I am operating W2K and can no longer bring up Windows Explorer with the Windows Key + E keystroke, how has this been switched off

Is it just that one that isn't working? Check to see if Stick Keys is turned on in the Accessibility setup in the Control Panel.

I have tried with and without sticky keys but to no avail. Yes it is only Windows + E that does not work, all the other keystrokes work fine.
