It came up when I was completing a www form reporting a program problem to a software distributor.

I use Outlook Express with XP-SP2 Home Edition

Number of possible causes I am afraid.

Possibly caused by Quicktime. Clear the "Recent" files cache. (or delete Quicktime!)

May also be caused by application called dit.exe. This is run on start up so check MSCONFIG and remove it if it is. It is not doing anything useful.

Norton has also been seen by some as a cause of this problem. What AV are you using?

Forgot, probable cause is your system is looking for a drive that doesn't exist...
