Windows - Display drivers stopped responding

Hi, I gived my friends program Nero to make DVD video, but when he try he recive this message:

"Windows - Display drivers stopped responding
The nv4_disp display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functionality. The next timeyou reboot the machine a dialog will be displayed giving you a chance to upload data about this failure to Microsoft"

On my computer all work just fine, he have Windows professional P4, 512 Ram.
Please if someone have clue what could be to help. Thnx.

Check device manager for any yellow exclaimation marks beside Display Adapters

Start/Right click My Computer/properties/Hardware/Device manager

You may have to go into safe mode to check if the system wont boot correctly,tapping F8 on startup will get you to safemode.
