Windows Critical Error shutdown

  Mark-it 11:27 27 Jul 2006

Since a month or so I am keep facing an automatic shutdown of windows when I am connected over internet and usually when using msn messenger.
error code is as following :
BCCode: 1000008e BCP1:C0000005 BCP2: 80566CF2 BCP3:EBEE83A8 BCP4: 00000000 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0 Product : 768_1

As usual no return of further information from windows error messaging system . I have the feeling that a driver could be the cause unless one of the recent windows update create a kinf od incompatibility with other software. Any idea/Help/Suggestions?

There is a suggestion that the error messages relate to an out of date device driver or a bad memory issue...
