windows boot manager

I have a Sony Vio laptop with Vista It has locked up Windows boot manager is shown with an option to repair. I have been asked to insert the installation disk which I do not have Any solution without paying 35p a minute to ring Sony (This of course is being posted from my desk top)

Yes, you can create your own Start Up repair disk.

No luck Did exactly as told but screen does not change

You could try Paragon Rescue Kit 9.0 Express click here its free you just need to register to get the product key. It says it can fixes boot problems as well as retrieves your data when your system fails to boot. It even rescues deleted partitions. I've only used it to recover a deleted partition.

Taken laptop to local expert No problem hard drive the operating system has been corrupted
need a disc from Sony to reload
