I have Tiny computer which runs Windows 98SE.
Today it wont boot up

All we get is the message

"Boot Failure

Invalid System Disk

Replace the disk, and then press any key."

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Have you got a floppy disk in the drive?

Remove it and press any key to continue to boot from the hard disk.

As Fruit Bat says check your floppy drive for a disk or even CD or DVD drives depending on what order you Bios is set to look for boot records.

There was no disk in floppy drive or CD Drive.
CD-drive is first normally to load up and then DVD Drive.

Get a boot disk from, eg, click here and run the scandisk option from it. The disk may be damaged.

Once booted from boot floppy I think you need to type at the DOS prompt. To change fron A: to C:

type cd C:

From the C: prompt type

fdisk/mbr

This rewrites your master boot record

Please wait for somone to confirm this.
