Windows 7start up problems

Hello. I have damaged the files that open windows. The laptop bleeps loudly upon start up and windows eventually starts. Do not have an operating system disc. Please advise. Thank you.

Is the Day/Date correct? (indicates BIOS battery needs replacing. Just set it correct in the meantime)

Repeatedly tap F8 after pressing the power button.

Select Repair your computer.

If it asks for Admin password, just hit Return if you haven't set one.

Select Startup Repair from the Repair Menu.

If that doesn't work try System Restore to a previous time (your files and folders are not affected)

Install CCLEANER; see if there are any registry specific issues, fix them (take backup of registry anyway, CCLEANER would ask for it).

Type, msconfig in STARt MENU / RUN i.e. (once you are in WINDOWS), navigate to start-up tab & disable all, save & restart.

Go to WINDOWS UPDATES, see if there are any files needs to be updated (proceed with the recommended updates).

See, if these few points could help.
