Any known problems when networking Windows 2003 server to 15 work stations running Windows XP.

Work stations going to be linked via wireless router, will security be an issue?

Just remember to make sure you encrypt the wireless signal (Use WPA over WEP) also turning off the SSID broadcast is a good precaution and setting up MAC filtering. That should make it as secure as it can be be. Also changing the wireless routers default IP address as well.
