windows 2000 pro mysterious crash -- plz help

  xBrandoNx 19:35 19 May 2003

Hi there

I have a 700 mghz processor with 250 mb of sdram running windows 2000 pro. I am also an ntl cable broadband customer and also an aol subscriber. I also have Zone alarm and AVG installed for security and virus checking.

My computer has recently been crashing mysteriously when Im on the net. The page turns into a blue page with the following message on top of the page: ***STOP: 0X000000D1 (0X00000015 0X00000002 0X000000000 0XEB37AAC4) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

Until it started crashing, it was so reliable and never crashed at all. I thought initially that my computer may be infected with a virus so I ran the AVG but did not detect a virus.

I have also recently attamepted to install a number of software including drivers for a HP all in one printer/fax.copier and tried to upgrade my AOL by downloading version 8 from the net but was unsuccessful.

Plz help and ur contribution is very appreciated.

thnx in advance
