window me .dll problems....helppp!

hi there
i have windows me and 2 day i started up my computer and once windows booted to the desktop i got a pop up message saying..

'EXPLORER HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN BROWSEUI.DLL EXPLORER WILL NOW CLOSE

If this problem continues try restarting your computer'

Straight after this i get another pop up message saying ...

'EXPLORER HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN KERNEL32.DLL
EXPLORER WILL NOW CLOSE

after this, everything is fine but as soon as i try 2 click the start button or any other application the second messege pops up again.
Even right click doesnt work.

Please help me out
my Specs r
win me
p3 750 mhz
128mg RAM
Dial Up Internet Connection (NTL)

p.s. i also downloaded the latest version of msn 6 last night before i shut down, but i don't think this bears any significance

and i forgot to mention that i get the 'active desktop recovery' screen come up at times too!

thanks rioboy ..i have tried it and the browseui.dll problem is fixed ...its just the 'kernel32.dll' that is bugging me because i can't click an application or the start button because the pop up keep appearing

Sorry to keep sending you links but kernel32 errors can be caused by lots of things. One of the many causes can be uninstalling Kazzaa incorrectly.
