My windows 98 is connected to my Toshiba 2500 cable modem with a USB cable which now is not working as my USB device became disabled. This is what I am getting from Device Manager. Quote,'The device is disabled as the BIOS for the device did not give it an IRQ (Interrupted Requirement) Code 29. You must enable the device in the BIOS.'
I am near zero technically. Please how do I remedy this? Is it very complicated? Help appreciated.
