Please, why am I getting "virtual memory low" almost constantly. I don't use a lot of programmes together. Is there something on my computer I can get rid of to solve this.

Right click my computer

properties

advanced

performance options (tick for applications)

change

type in a figure and place for the virtual memory - a different hdd if possible, otherwise a different partition.

How much? Some suggest twice physical RAM... all depends.

With that amount of space availabke bang it up to 500MB to be on the safe side.
