Hello all,

For some time now I have been suffering random restarts with XP home. Disabling automatic restarts provides the BSOD and STOP errors when this happens.

I get two different messages -

BAD_POOL_CALLER

STOP: 0x000000C2 plus parameters

or

STOP: 0x000000C5 plus parameters

I have tried re-installing to no result.
All the info. that I manage to come up with points me to the same place which is here

or here

(plus similar for the C5 error...)

Has anyone had a similar experience which they have solved?
Or does anyone think it might be failing hardware?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks JoeC,

I should have mentioned, I upgraded from an G2-MX400 to a G4ti4200 in the summer, but had no problems with the card or any detonator driver revisions for weeks... ( including the 40.xx )

Does anyone think this problem might be related to SP1??

I know that when I installed SP1, it totally screwed my system up. I had to re-download my GeForce 3 drivers to get things working ( nearly ) as normal. In the end, I resorted to System Restore and have not had a problem since.
