Win XP Max HDD size.

This has probably been asked before, but I can't see it in the archives.I see in the latest issue of the magazine(I can't say this months as it is the August issue, and we haven't got to July yet)Hitachi are bringing out a 400GB HDD.Model 7K400.This would simplify my life a lot, with all the video work I do disc space is at a premium. However I have a nasty niggle in my mind that my OS(Win XP)will not recognise HDD sizes over a certain limit. Is this true and if so how do I get round it?Any advice would be much appreciated

If you have a old computer the size may be governed by the BIOS on the motherboard

Thanks for the responses,I will certainly investigate the links sil_ver.My machine is newish with an Athlon XP 3000+ processor and 2GB of DDR 2100 ram the MOBO is an Asus A7N8X-E deluxe. So I am hoping this would be good enough to accept the HDD.It's only the OS I am worried about.
