Win MCE and Win XP, dual boot.

Just installed Windows XP directly from CD onto a partition. I now have 2 partitions, one with Win XP one with Win MCE.

Now, when i restart it boots straight to standard XP and doesnt offer the choice of booting MCE.

The partition with MCE on it is still there, and so are all the OS files.

How can I let it give me the option to boot MCE, or do I need to edit my boot.ini or something?

Any help is greatly appreciated, Regards.

Wouldn't it be easier to run only Media Centre? Since it is just XP Pro with the MCE interface and extra features. I believe that the MCE interface can even be switched on and off as required.

Anyway, right-click on My Computer, choose Properties, Advanced, Startup and Recovery. Have a look at the boot options and let us know what they are.

You may need to work on boot.ini, or you may not.
