Aftr exporting all my old outlook express files to Windows Mail in Vista, everything was fine. Now I have repeated problems with system crashes etc. I suspect these may be due to not enough disc space for e-mails (is there a limit?) and want to selectively remove some of the folders for storing mail I have created. However I cannot find out how to do this despite spending some hours working through help. It looks like it should go via File export, but after specifying where I wat to send files, I get the message "Directory must be empty"
I've tried to locate files via window explorer to offine on to DVD/CD, but cannt find the files.
Can anyone help?
