Win 98 USB Memory Stick Driver

  Murielson 1 17:03 26 Sep 2007

Looked at other topics on this subject and none appear to answer my query. I am trying to transfer data from Win 98 PC to XP PC and mem stick is the path with least problems I hope.

However, I am hoping I can find a 'generic' driver that will enable theWin 98 PC to see the stick as it is failing to do so at the moment.

No driver disk available and the downloads at Dane Elec site appear not to be doing the job for me.

Any advice appreciated and many thanks in advance.

Is this the driver you have tried? click here

If it is and the drivers are not working I think I would be inclined to buy a new drive with it's driver disk, they are so cheap now-a-days.
