Cannot find the specified path.Make sure you specify the correct path"I have chnaged the paths so that they point to My computer i.e not to an application. But still they won't deleteWhat to do?
Hi there how are you deleting the short cuts?
Usually to delete a shortcut on your desktop you only need to right click and then left click delete. Did you try this?
or drag and drop in the bin
have tried both of these methods - both result in the same error message
What are the shortcuts you are trying to delete? and what O/S are you using.
It say's Win98 at the top it could not be made any bigger
Try deleting the shortcuts from within Windows Explorer - C:\WINDOWS\Desktop
See if this is relevant click here

woodchip, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I realised that after I posted. I got a short memory, but it would still be nice to know what the shortcuts are because some cannot be deleted.
