Will an X1300 Graphics Card be OK?

I'm thinking about getting a new Dell PC - the system I like looks fine, but I think the Graphics Card may be a little weak - it's an ATI Radeon 256mb X1300.

Will it be able to cope with any games - don't play too many, but thinks like Sim City 4 still appeal every now and again. Dell say the Motherboard won't take another card, so it this or nothing.

Any views on the X1300?

Thanks

x1300 will play games like sim city 4 at full specification on an average monitor. I have an x700 card and I can play sim city 4, command and conquer RA2 and many other older games at full settings. Games such as fear run at lower settings however but non 3d first person shooters and the like run fine.

x1300 classed by crucial as a mid range graphic card, its the one i am using at the present and have had no problems; however like you i'm not into games. Read this click here
