if bought from Canada ?

It shouldn't be a problem where the memory is bought from...most of it is made in the Far East anyway!

Providing it is compatible with your motherboard it should work just fine.....but why are you buying from Canada?

There could be problems if it arrives in a faulty condition.

And...are we talking about BMW cars or bikes here.

I've spent the last 15 years riding BMW motorcycles but never owned one of their cars, lol.

Agree with gudgulf, it doesn't matter where you buy the memory BUT it must be the correct memory for your motherboard. In my experience I have had quite a bit of wasted time due to faulty or poor memory so I just buy from Crucial now.
