Wierd e mail

I have just recieved this notification purported to be from an e mail I never sent since I was not even on the PC at the time.


Our viruschecker found the

virus(es) in your email to the following recipient(s):

-> [email protected]>

Delivery of the email was stopped!

Please check your system for viruses, or ask your system administrator
to do so.

I have checked my system and no viruses were found. Can anyone enlighten me please.

Well either somebody who has you in their address book has a virus or a virus has "spoofed" your e-mail address.

There is a lot of this about at the moment - I know I've had them both at home and at work.

Just delete them - life's too short...

For your prompt reply. I think it's most likely this since I don't use that particular address for anything but filling in forms. I did delete it but was just curious.
