Why Have i Got These Messages?

I have recently got these messages appear on my desktop when starting up.

I bought the PC with Vista 3 years ago. Have i been infected?

Have you added any new parts to your computer lately new Hardrive or anything like that.

The screen shots look authentic? If I were you I would run a full Anti Virus check then download and run the following click here click here these apps are all free. When you have run them and got rid of any findings may be you can act on what your OS is telling you.

it is a message from Microsoft Windows Genuine Advantage
I suggest you visit click here (microsoft.com/genuine) and attempt the 'Validate Now'
