Why are these tempertures different?

Im using a program called lm-sensors to monitor my hardware. Yet when i go into my bios into the pc health status section, the 2 sets of temperatures dont seem to match..Why is this?

Not quite, this is the cpu fan's throttling option, i.e. when the cpu hits that temp, the temp tag will increase the fan speed.

I always go by my motherboard bios readouts, I tend to think they're much more reliable than system installed software.
