who can not vote ?

ok, so this has nothing to do with PC's, but after logging in 3100 times,can i be allowed one question :-) before it gets stopped...

my grandaughter has some homework to do..

can someone tell us who is not allowed to vote and the reason.. cos we are stuck...

People 'remanded in custody', that is not those sentenced to prison, can vote.

Reasons? Representation of the People Act.
