Which of these Desktops looks better..?

Help please..! Trying to decide between the key features listed below, on a new build. Not really a serious gamer, but would certainly be using it for watching, editing, burning HD video / blu-ray. (Not included the optical drives or monitor in the below...).

Key questions I need help on..

- Is the quad core AMD a good bet vs. the more expensive Intel? Is an i3 a better comparison?
- Is the graphics card adequate?
- Is W7 64bit worth bothering with, or would 32bit do?

For now stick to 32 bit operating system- there is not enough 64 bit software out there to make it worthwhile.
As for the rest- what ever fits the content of your wallet
The rest of the techno babble is only there to confuse.
It is called 'Marketing by Confusion'
Offert the punter so much choice they will make the wrong decision.

Go to a good local shop that builds computers. Talk over your requirements,what you want to use it for mainly etc, and let him quote. You will not get so called freebies such as six months Norton, or trials for this and that, just a bare bones system that you can put your own choice of software on. INSIST on a full installation disc. Personally, I would NEVER buy a branded computer.
