Which should I choose - Graphic's card

I have a dell Vostro 220 computer running an onboard intel G45/G43 chip set. I intended to do some video work using Corel Videosuite 3.0 and am looking to fit a dedicated PCI-E video card. Funds are limited, I work for a charity, hence would be looking for a sub £50 card (on Amazon) so which would be the better one for this work? An ATI HD4650 1GB OR nVidia 9500GT 1GB PCI Express Graphics Card?

The ATI is the better card I believe. But a few more views here.click here

My personal preference would be the Nvidia although I believe the HD4650 is a good card.

It would have to be the ATI card. It is better on price/performance ratio, heat output and just about anything else you care to mention.

Thank you all for the advice. I have always tended to use ATI cards, I use applications rather than running games but I haven't kept with the trends recently, hence the question. I shall now go and advise my work to get the ATI card.
