Which Sat Nav ?

I'd like a sat nav for the car but don't want to have to pay subscriptions every 6 or 12 months to get updates on speed/safety cameras.

Anybody know whether there is a brand name out there that fulfills this criteria?

Better still, can anyone point me towards reviews where this criteria is detailed ?

Thank you in advance

pocket GPS world is a good site, and you can get speed cameras updates for just a couple of £.

I have the TT 710. works very well, in fact faultless.

Maplin have them at a reasonable price, though I've recently seen them in T J Hughes for less.click here

I don't have a satnav, but a pal who is in that trade advised me that the most reliable unit was Garmin.
