which router

Hi guys hope you can help me out with a bit of advice.
I'm about to upgrade my broadband to 8mb and BT are offering a wireless router (bt voyager 2091) for £10 I currently use a belkin wireless router (F5D7630). Would I best off just sticking with what I already have or is it worth paying the money for the voyager as I've had my router quite some time now and wasn't sure if I would getter better speeds with the BT one.
Any advice would be most welcome.

Stay with what you have for now. And that's not just because I'm pro-Belkin.

I would "second" that.

You definitely want to stick with what I call "mainstream" products, rather than any ISP's proprietary hardware. As far as I know the 2091 is a "BT-specific" version that is only compatible with BT and it has other restrictive quirks. Avoid like the plague!

If my memory serves me correctly, that is the model which is being sold in large numbers on eBay - by dissatisfied users!

Many thanks will stick with what I got then.
