I certainly don't but I do have a suggestion if no one else comes up with one either.
It wouldn't look as good but you could make up whatever you want slightly smaller than the size of the card and then cover it with the clear plastic sticky back stuff you get and put it on the card.
I have seen things made up this way and they look ok, not as good as if you print directly on the card admittadly.
Or you could create labels using something like this click here and then just stick them on the card. Have to admit I haven't seen any of these Dymo printers at work so I have no idea as to how good they are, whether any can print in colour etc.
Hopefully someone else will provide a link to a more economic card printer.
