Depends on your components, especially graphics card(s) - what are they please? Also let us know if you overclock anything, or intend doing so in the future.

If only a basic system with integrated or low-end graphics card then a 350W Be Quiet click here will do nicely for £30. G

hi Crossbow7

1 have 6 pcs on a home network there are various builds the biggest graphics card is a nividia 6200
the biggest cpu is 4.2 dual core the reason i am asking is a couple of them are getting annoyingly loud (humming) and would like to them to be a little quieter thanks again Chippy

In that case the Be Quiet PSU will be the best suited from both a quiet & economical viewpoint.

The Corsair 400CX would be my next choice, but I wouldn't consider any of the others.

Another thing that could be causing/contributing to the noise are the CPU & system fans - so check them all individually. G
