Which Motherboard bundle should I buy?

Hello all you computer wizards out there. I'm in the prosses of building my own computer (the first one) and I need to know which is the best motherboard bundle out of these two for performance and value. The computer will be used for internet, kids homework and games.
Is it:

755A01-6EKRS AMD Athlon 64 3400, Heatsink and fan, 512MB (2 X 254 MB) 400DDR RAM, Socket 754 from Novatech at £257.77 inc. VAT

MSI K8T Neo-FIS2R Athlon 3299+, Heatsink and fan, 512MB (1 X 512 MB} DDR400 RAM socket 754 from Refresh computers at £269.95 inc. VAT

Thanks in advance

This is just my own opinion but from others (friends, family and professionals MSI is not very reliable). Count that one out.

At the risk of muddying the waters, take a look at the Watford range of Mobo bundles. I have found them to be excellent value in the past (they also use MSI often - and all three I've had have been perfect) and you can get them pre-assembled and tested. click here

Novatech are a good company.
I have purchased several mobo bundles from them, one which had a faulty fan on the heat sink. I contacted them on Monday and they arranged for it to be collected on wednesday and it was back on the saturday.
Apart from that all the bundles I have brought from them are running perfectly.

Sorry I meant Athlon 3200+ not 3299+

may have better mobo's than some others, with bundles.
