which internet protection prgram is better norton or macafee

  Skills 01:28 11 Dec 2005

Im not a fan of norton myself and have only used macafee firewall which did the job.

Personally I'd recommend saving your money and going for the free versions avast or avg for av avast being my perference and zonealarm for firewall.

Definitely agree with Skills on this one, go for Avast. You will get the automatic updates as they come fresh off the press and it has a friendly user interface.

If you're a non profit home user then you don't need either. If you are a commercial user and need to pay for a license, get NOD32. Otherwise check out these postings for members thoughts on AV software.
