Im trying to find out which version of internet Explorer Im using and have tried to follow these instructions.....

To find out which browser version you are using, do the following:

1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.

2. On the "Help" menu, choose "About Internet Explorer".
Unfortunately I cannot see "HELP" anywhere on screen, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Go in to IE and press the ALT key, that will bring up the menu bar

.

Your drop-down menus in Internet Explorer may be hidden. Try tapping the Left Alt key once. You should see most off the screen drop down one line and the drop-down menus should appear horizontally, close to the top of the screen. The Help menu should be the one furthest to the right. Tap the Left Alt key once again to make the menus disappear.

It should be the right hand item of the six (File, Edit, View, Tools, Message, Help) at the top left of the window immediately below the blue surround bar containing the IE data.

Failing that go to `My Computer` click on `C:Program Files/Internet Explorer` and find the blue "e" icon with `iexplore/Internet Explorer` as its title. right click the icon select `Properties` and then `Version`, the IE version should be seen on that page.
