which graphics card

can anyone recommend a good graphics card for photo/video editing. should i get 256mb or would 128mb be sufficient, dont really use it for games.

Hi, I use and recommend ATI Radeon 9200/128mb.
It is not the very best but will do what you want without being too expensive. I do quite a lot of photo work with mine, and I play some pretty fast games too. No doubt others will come up with their own preferences - you will have plenty to choose from I am sure.

ps - for video editing you will need plenty of HDD space.

a basic card like fx5200 will do adding more memory to the computer will help, having 1024 installed should speed the whole pc up.

techno tiger advised need plenty of hdd space what is minimum recommended size, if fitting 2 drive's is raid formation the quickest set up.
